I have been practicing mindfulness for over 20 years and became a certified mindfulness teacher in 2014 through the Mindfulness Association (UK). Over the years, I have led successful 8-week Mindfulness-Based Living courses, as well as drop-in sessions, in Glasgow and more recently in Brisbane.

Alongside this work, I am an experienced school teacher and a father of three. I’m also a passionate musician and enjoy spending time outdoors.
